Casper Ruud of Norway beat Alexander Zverev of Germany in straight sets Monday to book a spot in the French Open final against Novak Djokovic.
Ruud won 6-3, 6-4, 6-0 in a match that was suspended for more than three hours due to rain.
Zverev, the No. 3 seed, had to retire from the match after he rolled his ankle late in the second set.
Ruud, the No. 8 seed, will now face Djokovic, the top seed and defending champion, in the final on Sunday.
Djokovic defeated Marin Cilic of Croatia in straight sets in the other semi-final.
